Hey everyone,
I was just posting a new image on here and realized that my one and only journal entry was made in 2008, so I thought it would be a good idea to update it now that I have some people on here paying attention to my work. It is very humbling and seeing that people like my work, it really fuels my fire to keep working hard. So thank you! :D

Alright so I havent really used my page here until now so I think I will just let people know what I am upto.
Right now I am just finishing up my concept art & matte painting portfolio website ( www.mattpainting.com ) and I will be looking for studio work I hope very soon.
I just received my new Wacom Cintiq 12WX on firday so I just started breaking that in and its damn amazing. So far I can really notice an increase in productivity and the speed is great. Being someone obsessed with pencil and paper this should really help out my art. And I hope to post up some new concepts very soon :D

No, actually I got an email about it being in their videos after the first one was released. Usually I would ask to have it removed since they did not ask my promision, but I was getting so many nice comments from people that I let it slide. Still not sure how I feel about it since they do have ads and I get 0% of the revenue generated from that. So I sent them an email and said thanks.
